View history of transmissions with CBP; select a line# to view or print the response
Overview
Check ABI Transmissions lists recent transmissions sent to CBP (ACE) and their responses. From this screen you can select a line# to view the full ACE response and print it when needed.
Tip: Use this screen after transmitting any type of ACE Transaction or query to confirm acceptance or review any rejects.

Columns & Meaning
| Column | Description |

| L# | Line number selector used to open/view/print the response |
| Date/Time/Who | Date, time and Login Id of Transmission sent |
| Description | Transaction type (e.g., In‑Bond Entry, Update (WP), Delete) |
| File#/Reference# | Transaction File# or Reference# |
| Date/Time Response | Date/time the transmission was received from CBP |
How to View / Print a Response
- Locate the transmission in the list and enter the line number to view/print response.
- Use the (S)earch option to search by Transaction Type, Login Id or File/Reference#
- The system opens the full ACE response.
- Choose View to read on screen.
- Choose Print to output the response (to your configured printer/PDF).
- Use the Print button at the top‑right to print this manual page if you need step‑by‑step instructions.
Common Messages
| Message | What it Means | Next Step |
|---|---|---|
| Accepted | CBP accepted the transmission | No action; retain for audit |
| Rejected | CBP rejected the transaction | Open the response; correct data in the source screen (Entry/Update/Delete) and retransmit |
| Warning | Accepted with advisory information | Review details; fix upstream data if needed |
| No response yet | Transmission queued or awaiting ACE reply | Refresh later; confirm connectivity if delays persist |
