Daily Routine
- Review invoices created today (accuracy, customer, department).
- Post/confirm invoice results (per your site’s workflow).
- Enter and apply payments in Cash Receipts.
- Resolve unapplied cash/credits using Apply Credits & Cash on Account.
- Answer balance questions using AR Inquiries.
Billing Basics
- Manual invoice entry: Invoice Entry
- Corrections: Invoice Adjustment (preferred), or Void Invoice + rebill
- Moving invoices: Transfer Invoices
Manager-only: Modify Paid Invoice
(use only when authorized and documented).
Cash Receipts Basics
