Overview

The Client Past Due Analysis (Detail) lists invoice‑level detail for customers with balances that meet your selected past‑due criteria. Use it to prepare collection calls and to reconcile disputes with the contact information shown at the top of each account section.

Prompts & Fields

  • 1. Dept/Grp Code, (A)ll — Filter by department or group; enter A for all.
  • 2. Minimum days past due — Only include invoices at or beyond this age.
  • 3. Minimum amount due — Only include invoices with at least this balance.
  • 4. Customer Name or (A)ll — Run for a single customer or A for portfolio‑wide.

Footer commands: Line# jump, Quit, TOP, Modify Rpt Setup, Print.

Run the Report — Steps

  1. Set Dept/Grp or choose A for all.
  2. Enter Minimum days past due and Minimum amount to define the threshold.
  3. Choose a single Customer or A for all.
  4. Press M to adjust print/page settings if needed.
  5. Press P to Print to screen, printer, or file.

  • Pair this report with Collections Contact Entry to record call outcomes.
  • Use the minimum balance filter to focus on material items during peak periods.
